Option 1 - Permanent Membership The annual dues for Permanent Membership is $450.00. This amount includes a 2008 Assessment for the Playground Upgrade. Permanent members must pay a one time bond of $500.00 (Total $950). If you like, you may pay the bond portion of $500.00 over a two year period: $300.00 this year and the remaining $200 with next year's dues payment. If you choose to do this, you would invest a total of $750.00 this year. Bond reimbursement: A portion of your bond, $200, is refundable when you resign based on a five-year membership. So, if you are a member for five full years, $200 will be refunded to you two years after your resignation. If you are only a member for one year, 20% of the $200 will be refunded. If you are a member for three years, 60% of the $200 will be refunded. To apply, please click here, print out the membership application attached, and mail it in with your payment.
