On-Line Registration Instructions
Step-by-Step Directions for On-Line Registration
Follow the link on the Ashton Website Membership Page to the e-soft planner registration system.
Step 1: Click on the link “Click here to register” under the login box and enter in your information and create a login and password for your family.
Step 2: After registering, you will need to login to your account by clicking on the “Click here to login into your account” link.
Step 3: You will be asked to confirm your profile information by clicking on the “Continue” box at the bottom center of the page.
Step 4: You will be asked to select any specific interests of the pool such as swim team, dive team, swim lessons or water aerobic classes (by clicking any specific interest, we will make sure to forward any information regarding those topics).
Step 5: Enter the information for each family member who will participate in the membership.
Step 6: Go to the top menu bar (under the Alligator) and select “Memberships”
Step 7: Select the appropriate membership category. If you are continuing Permanent Member, who has paid the initiation fee in full, please select a membership under the Continuing Members section. If you are continuing Permanent Member who still has to pay the second installment of $200 of your initiation fee, please select a membership under the New Member section. If you were a Temporary Summer Only Member last year or are new to the pool this year, please select a membership under the New Member section.
Step 8: In the “Membership For” drop down box, select all of the family members
Step 9: In the “Child Care Pass” drop down box, select “No”.
Step 10: Select “Calculate Totals” on the bottom.
Step 11: Select “Continue to Payment”.
Step 12: If you are paying by credit card, enter in credit card/payment information. If you are paying by check, click the box “I would like to send in a check for my payment” and mail a payment to the address provided. If you are paying by check, please make sure the last name of the membership is noted on the check. If you pay by check, the membership is on hold until we note in the account that it has been paid.
After you finish the payment, you will receive a notice that the “Membership was purchased successfully”. Making you a full member of our wonderful Swim and Dive Club.
